Our Classes

An Introduction to Reformer

Perfect for first-timers

New to Reformer Pilates? This class is designed especially for you.

Our Introduction to Reformer sessions are slower-paced and supportive, giving you time to understand the equipment, key movements, and foundational Pilates principles. You’ll be guided through the basics of alignment, breathing and control so you can move with confidence - without feeling rushed or out of your depth. You are encouraged to ask as many questions as you’d like too - there’s no judgement here!

This is the ideal starting point before progressing into our Foundation classes.

Foundation Reformer

Reformat Wellness reformer pilates studio Oxfordshire

Our Foundation classes are for those who have had some previous Reformer Pilates experience, but may be returning after a break, or wanting to solidify the basics.

Expect a structured, steady class that focuses on technique, control and building strength from the inside out. You’ll work through fundamental exercises at a manageable pace, with clear cueing and options to support your body as it learns and adapts.

A brilliant way to build confidence, improve posture and create a strong Pilates foundation.

Beginner level

Our All Levels classes are designed to meet you where you are.

Each session offers layered exercises, allowing beginners to move safely, whilst more experienced clients can increase intensity and challenge. Expect a flowing, full-body workout, using a selection of props, that builds strength, mobility and control - with thoughtful progressions and variations throughout.

Whether you’re consolidating the basics or ready to push a little further, this class adapts to you.

Progressive and adaptable

All Levels Reformer

This is mat Pilates - reimagined.

Using the reformer mat converter rather than floor mats, these classes bring the precision and support of the Reformer into a mat-based workout.

Expect controlled, strength-focused sequences that work deeply through the core, hips and postural muscles, whilst remaining kind to the body.

A beautiful compliment to Reformer classes, and a great option if you love mat work with added refinement.
